Think mimosas or sangrias are the only ways to mix wine into a cocktail? Well, four of the city’s top bartenders, lead by rockstar Kevin Burke of Colt & Gray, will be dusting off the vintage recipe books to create several Colorado wine inspired cocktails. $5. The Colorado-wine inspired cocktails will be on special and a limited bar menu will be available. 6-9 p.m. June 4 at Colt & Gray, 1553 Platte St.
